Don Ash PT, CST-D - Craniosacral Therapist
Don Ash is a Physical Therapist with 30 years experience. He has a BA in Psychology from Huron University and a Certificate Degree in PT from the University of Pennsylvania. He has been associated with the Upledger Institute for nearly 20 years as student, practitioner, and teacher. He is Diplomate Certified as practitioner, and he now teaches nationally and internationally for the UI. He is a Diplomate Examiner for the UI Certification Process.

He has a PT-CST practice in Rochester New Hampshire and sees all ages from infant to elderly. His particular interest is helping people rid themselves of emotional holdings that affect the physical body. He offers Somato-Emotional Release through the Craniosacral Therapy process as well as low tech PT including Visceral Manipulation Myofascial Release, Massage, Postural Awareness, Relaxation and customized exercises for rehab and home programs.
He is the grateful husband to his best friend of 33 years, the father of two wonderful young adults,and the grandfather of one brilliant star. He likes to write prose, poetry, and essays. He plays a Native American cedar flute. He spends his spare time with is wife on their farm in the woods, gardens, or kayaking quiet local waters.
He is author of a book about CST and Somato-Emotional Release entitled "Lessons From The Sessions" and the author and artist of a cd (also available on audio cassette) on using breath to reduce stress called "Breath Venting".
